Rosslyn set up The Funding Factory after being in the financial industry for many years as she felt there was a divide between the people and the lenders.

Life isn't black and white so lending can't really be either. and this is where the byline "where people count" came into play.

The system (in her opinion) isn't designed for humans and she feels that her and her teams' role is to navigate that system on her client's behalf to ensure they are treated as individuals rather than numbers on paper.

With over 20 years of industry experience the whole thought process has been to represent the clients first and foremost when dealing with lenders and what will work best for them.

Best interest duties have only recently been introduced however we have been working from that viewpoint from the very beginning as we deal with human beings with a vast range of needs and wants and circumstances invidivual to themselves whether it is for business or personal.
